Back To Texas To See Our Son from New York and Granddaughter from Florida!!

On August 14th we went back to Texas to see some children and grandchildren.

Also John had an appointment with a Pulmonary doctor in Austin.

We first went to Allen, Texas to visit and spend the night with our oldest daughter and her family. "GOOD TIME". Then on

to Jonestown to see and visit with a son from New York and granddaughter from Florida.

Scott lives in Ronkonkoma, New York.

Ashley lives around Orlando, Florida.

We had a good visit with them and it was
great to see both of them as we had not seen them since John's 70th birthday. John was 75 on the 24th of August.

One day John, Scott, Ashley and myself went into Austin to see the capital.

And one day went to Johnson City, Texas to a Exotic Resort Zoo.

On Wed. August 18th John, Scott, Ashley and myself went to Johnson City, Texas to a Exotic

Resort Zoo. Our daughter and family that live at Jonestown didn't get to go as they all had to

work. This zoo is four miles north of Johnson City on U.S. 281.

137 wooded acres of the Texas Hill Country.

They have North American bison, greater kudu from Africa, Nilgai from India.

Eland, Scimitar (white oryx) and much more......too numerous to mention.

a long way as everyone was

The Exotic Resort Zoo was very interesting. FUN....FUN!!

Tiarnyn's 6th Birthday----July 30, 2010!

On Friday, July 30th we went to Lee's Summit, Mo. to help celebrate our youngest
granddaughters 6th birthday.
Tiarnyn turned 6 and we all went to a Royals baseball game at the
new stadium in KC. It was a good game and the Royals won by 3.

The next afternoon we went to a party at the pool in raintree from noon til 2.
All the kids swam, had cupcakes and ice cream and Tiarnyn opened her gifts.

After the party the girls, Travis, John and myself went to get pizza and back to Travis's new apartment.
