Saturday, July 11th we left Wichita and headed to Ark City, Ks.
to see our youngest daughter, Kim and grandchildren, Cody, Shane
and Sydney.
Sydney was in a play in Winfield, Ks. called "Thoroughly Modern Millie"....a Musical Comedy.
Setting: Manhattan 1922.
Kim reserved seats for Saturday night performance, July 11th for the 3 of us.
No cameras were aloud during the performance so I purchased a 5X7 picture of the cast.
"Sorry this is all you get".
Sydney did a great job with her part as Ethel Peas (one of Priscilla Girls) and also some of the
singing and danceing parts.
It was a great play and John & I really enjoyed it. We didn't get back to the RV until 11:30 pm.
Too late for us "ol" people.
Sydney is in the front row
on the left side with black
skirt and white chiffon scarf
around her neck.
